My Original Approach
A celebrant led ceremony allows you to choose the person who will be standing alongside you at a transitional time in your life. And there are as many different approaches as there are celebrants: for instance, my passionate interest in The Arts informs every aspect of my work. In addition to my background in Drama and English teaching, I’m a published writer and in my spare time love reading, collecting vinyl, making cocktails, organising events, walking my dog, trying to improve my intermediate French and … basically, anything theatrical.
I relish working on all kinds of ceremonies – each one brings a different challenge, a different tone, a different emphasis. I’m well aware of the huge importance of what I do and will spend a lot of time getting to know you as well as getting your originally crafted script exactly right for you and for your family.
Humanist Ceremonies for Every Occasion
As a Humanist, I believe that life is very short. How those years fly by! This is why the ceremonies I lead create opportunities for all involved to take a pause to reflect on shared life experiences in a meaningful and engaging way.
My inclusive non-religious ceremonies make memories for everyone present, no matter what their background or beliefs. It’s an absolute joy for me to bring everyone together to hear your stories and sincere expressions of deeply held thoughts and feelings. And just as I support you in constructing your celebration, I’m supported by the Humanists UK network, the gold standard in celebrant training and quality control.
